Peer Respite Workers FT & PT

The Peer Respite Worker reports to the Director of the Crisis Respite Center (CRC) & will provide services directly to the CRC guests. The Peer Respite Worker will complete the Intentional Peer Support (IPS), Need Adapted Treatment Model (NATM) and Peer Health Navigation (PHN) trainings provided as part of the Parachute NYC grant & will practice according to the principles of recovery oriented & trauma informed service delivery including IPS, NATM & PHN.  Experience as a recipient of mental health services & a willingness to share personal, practice experience, knowledge & first-hand insight to benefit program enrollees. Graduate of a core peer training program preferred.
